Tracy is our new licensed massage therapist! She graduated from Mountain State School of Massage and has been practicing since 2013!

She offers a variety of modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and hot stone therapy.

Tracy has also received further training in orthopedic and lymphatic massage, Thai yoga massage, and soft-touch massage for clients in palliative care.
